I guess everyone had better luck with them then i did... I first checked them out on line and read the reviews seen like a good place. I called to get more info i was asked to fill out the online application and someone will give me a call back done that and never got a call back.. I called today to follow up on the application and spoke to a guy name Bob i think his name was i may be wrong with the name. the guy on the phone seem to be rude and uninterested with the phone call or my business.
My husband and I was just out looking at cars, and Approved Auto Center was the first place we went to because it was right around the corner from where we lived. Im also 9 months pregnant so we didn't want to drive too far. We went into the place with the expectation that we will not be getting a car but it was worth a try. Anyway, we ended up getting an SUV with all the features that I wanted and they worked with us, no hassle, and they were GREAT!!!! I was in shock when they guy said to me, congratulations on your new car. We were not expecting to go home with a car. They made everything so easy and so pleasant, I would definitely recommend them.
I came upon the dealership by chance and was actually pleasantly surprised. From the initial phone call, to selecting a vehicle, and making the deal; I was treated very well. The ironic thing about it all is; I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle, I was simply going to look; however, I was received with such a warm welcome and the fact that not only my sales person (Alex) was kind, accommodating, and has an excellent response time to all of my texts/calls, the General Manager (Robert) took the time to sit and chat with me. He made sure that I had a clear understanding of what I was getting into. He did not sugar coat or attempt to "fast talk" me. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Needless to say; this "Happy mommy" is picking up her new car in a few days.
We had of the best used car buy experiences at this dealership. It was easy to get to-it's right next to Hwy4. Our salesperson, Sharon, was so patient with us, since my wife kept haggling on price and monthly payments. And, we could've test drove as many cars we wanted, but my wife chose the first one we drove. We ended getting a good deal on a good small SUV that my wife wanted. I would recommend this dealership to my family & friends for a good used vehicle.
This is the worst company i have ever done business with. I purchase a 2013 Chevy Spark LT from them back in January that turn out to be a real junk car with false warranty agreement. All they do is lie to get you into a contract. Now i am paying a car note that is junk and stuck with a contract because i don't want to mess my credit up. I don't recommend anyone to purchase a car from them.
