Just what I want in a mechanic. Shane was honest, quick and reasonable with his pricing. I thought I told him I needed rear wheel bearings on my 2010 Prius, but he tested the car just to verify. When I came to get the car, he had the old bearings on hand to show me how badly they were worn. I asked him to check the brake pads, because another repair shop told me they were almost due for replacement. Shane reported that the pads were still at 50-60%, so he advised waiting. Dropped the car off at 9, and it was done at 11:30. AND, the cost was half of what four other repair shops had quoted. O'Briens is my new go to place for car service.
